Israel needs to take a breather

I am a strong supporter of Israel, but saying you plan to continue targeted killings just after an election is not only stupid it's really bad PR.
Israel, in response to Hamas suicide bombs, had begun targeting Hamas leaders. After they did they claimed that suicide bombings stopped. Personally I recall a decrease, but I don't know enough of the numbers to know if I agree with the Israeli statements. None the less they've just stated that the current PM frontrunner in Palestine is still a viable target.
IMO they need to wait until they are attacked again before they return to a tactic like targeting killing. I think the onus is on the Palestinians to start adhering the peace, but the Israelis need to do their part too.
